Our village is situated on the beach just 10 minutes drive to Corozal Town, which has a population of over 10,000, and 45 minutes drive to the Corozal Free Zone shopping which is on the border with Chetumal, in Mexico, which is a city of 200,000. Chetumal has all the big box stores, movie theatres etc.

Once in Chetumal it is a 5 hour drive to the Mexican Riviera at Cancun. Or alternatively you can take the ferry to San Pedro from Corozal, which takes about 2 hours. San Pedro is the major tourist destination for Belize.

In summary, Serenitá Village is tucked away in nature, but within easy access to all amenties of both town and city!

All village lots have walking access to the beach, and BEL electricity is onsite.
