Serenità Village is a land subdivision in Belize that offers beach lots plus

land and home packages.


There are eleven separate land titles in the subdivision.
Each block of land is approximately one third of an acre. Four of the blocks are on the beach, the others all share the breeze from the water. All blocks have established hardwood or palm trees.

Of the shelf designs home designs are being prepared by our architect, Stadt Studio in Belize. Selecting a pre-approved package reduces cost and time to build.
You may be interested in a Casita, a smaller home for one or two people that can be purchased as a strata title on shared land.
