Serenità Village is a seaside subdivision in Belize that offers large beach lots/plots plus land and home packages.

There are eleven separate land titles in the subdivision.
Four of the blocks are on the beach, the others all share the breeze from the water. All blocks have established hardwood or palm trees.
PRICING
The blocks range in price from $30,000USD to $120,000USD with the beach blocks the most sought after.

Villagers all have access to the beach via a 15 feet wide path shown on the right of the
plot.
SUBDIVISION PRICING
The beachfront blocks are $120,000USD each, with beach frontage of 54 feet wide and depth of 120 feet, plus the extra 30-50 feet of crown beach area to the water.
Behind the beach fronts are two nearly square ocean view blocks 1826 & 1827 which are $80,000USD each. The road corners are clipped slightly as shown.
The other rectangular blocks are large – 0.3 acres each.
Parcel 1823 is still available at $30,000USD
Parcels 1824 and 1825 are $40,000USD each.
